The Fault in our Stars


This is one of the most memorable books I’ve read from 2012 and remains so for several reasons.
It truly is a down to earth and genuine story about a girl battling cancer but it doesn’t adhere to the generic norm of cancer books. It’s all about her outlook on life and her acceptance of her situation which breaks away the fear she’s been hiding from. The whole concept of the book I guess is to make people just stop and think for a moment and be inspired to wonder outside of every day life rather than subduing to the walls we build around ourselves.
