About me

Hi *.* I go by the alias Marci Pann.
I’m a 16 year old girl, living in the UK and starting up this blog as a way for me to divulge my thoughts and feelings. I hope to show my imagination through everything I post and comment on in a sense to portray the workings of my mind.
Who I am is a lot of things enraptured in one soul, I am a daydreamer, a baker, a writer, a sketcher, an inventor, a daughter, a sister, an old soul and the occasional wallflower too.
And this is what defines me:

Reading books

Writing stories.

Writing and receiving letters

Making wishes

Cake decorating

Fairy tales

Pretty nails

Stuffed toys (especially if unicorns)

of course marshmallows!

As well as memorable quotes

      • Aw hello again πŸ™‚ I checked out your blog and it’s really insightful c:
I enjoyed reading your recent post on April!
Hehe ‘inspired to smile’ just came to me when I was thinking up a name for my blog, and it fit well and I hoped people could relate to the meaning so I kept it πŸ™‚ and the slogan ‘let your imagination guide you’ is some thing I’ve always thought because my imagination is everything to me and to not follow my creative mind would take out all sense of spark and opportunity in my journey I feel so I thought that was a nice little statement too!
How does it relate to you if you don’t mind me asking? I’d just love to hear how πŸ™‚
Oh and thank you, have a lovely mid-week too!!!

  3. Hi!
This is going to sound really silly but the truth is that in my mind your Blog’s name is “Let your imagination guide you” and not “Inspired to Smile”. How can this be possible I don’t know, because obvious I noticed both sentences, but the imagination one was the one that immediately grabbed my eye and mind.

Soooo… in that sense, it relates to the law of attraction principles, which of course one of the main aspects is precisely the use of our imagination or visualization.

I discovered the Law of Atraction about 2 or 3 years ago and have read many books, watched videos on the subject and so… I think it’s fascinating. Many of my posts here in WordPress are related to the LoA.

Meaning: I am currently using my Imagination (with capital I) big time!

    Be well in All.

    • Hello c:
No I completely know what you mean πŸ™‚ the inspired to smile quote was more of a thought but the imagination principal is something to follow by in my own mind.
The law of attraction sounds very complex but interesting! I think I may understand though, if you imagine something constantly and adapt it into the real word then eventually you’ll begin to visualise it completely. People who use their imagination are definitely the most interesting sort of people in my mind, I really appreciate people who have a unique sense of creativity that gives off a certain spark in their manner. I’ve always used my imagination for everything not only writing, but for drawing, for school, for everyday life, I try to see the lovely details that are often ignored in the world and hopefully it can inspire something. I think imagination is inspired c:
I hope all is well with you too

      • Thanks for your inspiring words.
There’s a book I strongly recommend to anyone remotely interested in this law, the law of the Universe where the way we think and feel is determining our future. The wonderful thing about it is that we can deliberately think and feel in ways to suit us and our dreams. This book is a must in my opinion. You can check it out on Amazon, for example and it will give you an idea. Or just google it.
It’s called “Ask and It Is Given” by the authors Esther & Jerry Hicks. It contains very practical tools/exercises for manifestation.

Are you Aquarius, by any chance? I am, and I know imagination is a big thing with this star sign. πŸ™‚

      • That sounds really cool, thanks πŸ™‚ I searched up the book and it does look really interesting and insightful, the reviews are really positive too πŸ™‚ since I’m a teenager I feel like I’ve been going through the motions in life for a while now. I don’t really have much interest in what I do anymore so if this book will help to inspire me I’m definitely willing to give it a go, thank you c:
Aw no I’m actually an Aries πŸ™‚ so when’s your birthday? And how has your week been going so far? πŸ™‚
Oh and you said you were a teen in the 80s/90s? What was life like back then growing up? It sounds like it was a refreshing era, do you still have all your letters from your pen pals?

      • Thank you for making me aware of these sites πŸ™‚ I’ve been wanting to expand my readership for a while now. I don’t think think blog-connect is in English but, I did register into blog-lovin although I’m not quite sure what it means by ‘uploading a subscribers link’? :3

      • I’m not that sure by myself right now. You can follow other blogs with bloglovin’ too, I think that’s what you mean.

Have you connected your blog and put such a follow widget in your blog (like i have in the footnotes of mine) already?

I’ll search for more of these platforms and tell you when I found a good english one πŸ™‚

      • I’m not sure how to connect my blog, I don’t know it works, I’ll try putting a follow widget, πŸ™‚ and thank you! I really appreciate it

      • Okay I try to explain how to connect your blog:
If you’re logged in, there is on the top on the right side, next to the search option, a drop-down menu with a heart.
You click on ‘My blog’ and then on ‘Claim blog’ then you have to enter your blog address… and I think the rest will be explained…

The widgets you’ll find in the same drop-down menu. Click on ‘Bloglovin Button’. You have a choice, I think you maybe love the one with the Eiffel Tower πŸ˜€
They’ll give you a link. You copy it and past it into a text-widget option (you find that in wordpress under appearance – widgets) or you paste this code at the end of your posts, or about page… or you create a new page just for it… there are many options.

Do you give my new post a visit πŸ˜‰ ?

        Have a great week

      • Thank you, that’s made things much clearer! I will put up a follow widget as soon as, and I’ve checked out your blog, your posts are so nice to read, and your photography is amazing!!! I can’t wait to see more c:
